  3. Answer the Oklahoma question. (only Oklahoma shipments pay sales tax.) Usually No.
  4. Click "Order by Credit Card Online".
  5. Enter your information as requested.
  6. Use your daytime contact phone number if possible.
  7. Type in any special instructions.
  8. Please use a email address that we can contact you at for tracking and order information. We will not sell your email address.
  9. Click "Submit Secure Order."
  10. You will get a 12 digit order confirmation number that looks like this: 1800-1234-1234
  11. We will process the order and ship it out ASAP.

  9. Wait 5 minutes and call us at 1-800-963-9291 and we will take your credit card over the phone and ship your order out.
