Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship all orders the day we receive the order. You can review our shipping rates at our shipping table. We don't hide your shipping cost until the final step like most companies.

When you order on line, our shopping cart software will process your order, print a packing slip, sales receipt, and your shipping label. Because of this, we do not have a "order cut off" time.

Mondays are very busy, we will ship all orders received on Mondays by 3 p.m. CST the same day. After 3 p.m. we will pull all priority orders (Next Day Air, 2-3 day air) up to 5 p.m., after all priority orders are processed we will start on ground shipments. As stated above, it is our goal to ship all orders the day of the order.

Package pick up time is normally 5 p.m. Central Standard time. It is not uncommon for orders placed at 4:45 to be shipped.

We will email you a tracking number at the end of our business day.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday with exceptions of holidays. Please view our
stock status page.

We ship using UPS Ground, 3 Day Express FedEx, 2nd Day Air FedEx, Priority Overnight FedEx.

We ship to all 50 US States, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand, all other countries are on a case by case basis.

Change of Address: We ship packages to the address that is typed into the order.  (We do not retype address.)  If we need to correct an address on a package that has already shipped we do charge a $10 change of address fee. This is a fee charged by the shipping companies. We are just trying to cover our cost. If we have not shipped the package and you notify us of the change of address, we will change the address for free.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is $60 plus 2% of the order. This fee is based on a standard order to be shipped to a single customer for a handheld GPS unit and accessories. We do reserve the right to raise the cost of shipping for large orders that contain more than one box or for orders with excess weight. When this occurs we will use posted FedEx International shipping rates. We are not trying to make a profit on the shipping. We are very flexible on this policy. If you order 1-4 small GPS units that can be shipped in the same box, the shipping should be $60 plus 2%, if you order 5 large chartplotters, with 5 bronze transducers and a radars for each unit, we will have to calculate the shipping cost.

Return Policy

NOTE: The 15 day rule below does not apply to Christmas orders from November 10 to December 25. All purchases during this time period can be returned up to January 5th.

If a product you purchase from becomes defective within 15 days of purchase we will exchange it for you. Simply
Email us and we will issue you a defective item number for return. Please leave your invoice number and what part of the order is defective. We ask you to ship it to us via UPS insured for the purchase price and we will ship you a new product.

You may return new products purchased from within 15 days of purchase as long as the product has not been opened or used for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee no questions asked. All refused shipments will be charged a 20% restock fee. If the item was shipped to you for free, there will be an additional $10 shipping charge added to your return.

NOTE: Special orders, opened computer software, and electronic charts, memory cards and factory overhauled units are not returnable. These items are covered under a factory warranty and must be returned to the manufacturer. We can replace factory overhauled units with another one if defective with in 10 days after you have received the order.

All returns must be issued a return number from our sales department. Email the sales department at: to obtain a return number. If there is not a return number written on the outside of the box, the return will be refused and shipped back.

All returns must be packaged separate shipping box containing the original product box with packing material to prevent damage.

You must pay for the shipping of the returned merchandise, and it must be insured for the full purchase price. Upon receipt, we will examine the contents and issue you a refund.

We cannot refund the original cost of shipping or the return cost of shipping.

All items with a sales value under $100 must be returned to the manufacture for warranty replacement or repair.

All night vision equipment can only be returned for replacement or repair. Night Vision equipment is light sensitive and if it is used in sunlight it will damage the device and must be sent to the manufacture for repair.

All weekly specials and auction sales are final.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
